Creo Parametric R 2.0 - Changing scroll wheel zoom direction

Creo Parametric R 2.0 - Changing scroll wheel zoom direction

I have auto scroll selected in my settings, but when I scroll my scroll wheel on my mouse it zooms the page in/out. 'Ctrl' + Mousewheel can change the zoom. So this may be the problem. If this is not the case, it may be in the settings. You can set mousewheel.with.action prefs like the mousewheel.withcontrol.action pref (on Mac.

I recently started a new position at a company using Creo Parametric R 2.0. This is my first exposure to Creo Parametric or anything from PTC other than MathCAD; I have formerly used Solidworks and CATIA V5. Is there a way in Creo to change the direction the scroll wheel zooms in and out? I've asked around and no one around the office seems to know. I figured the Pro/E forum would be a good place to start. I'm posting this in the Creo Simulate forum as well since there isn't a forum for Creo Parametric yet. Thanks in advance! Settings

If you’re on this page, chances are that you are annoyed with Apple’s new scrolling feature introduced in Lion.

The “natural” scroll direction used in Lion was implemented to mimic the scrolling you normally find in touch devices like the iPad and iPhone.

  • Scroll direction: Natural. Select this option to move the contents of a window in the same direction as your fingers. Zoom in or out. Select this option to pinch two fingers closed to zoom in, or pinch two fingers open to zoom out. Select this option to double-tap with two fingers to zoom.
  • This tutorial explains how to reverse mouse scroll direction in Windows 10. Earlier, there was an option available in ‘Mouse & touchpad‘ menu under Devices to reverse mouse wheel scroll direction in Windows 10 (technical preview builds). However, this option is removed from the stable release. Still, it is possible to invert the scrolling direction of mouse wheel in Windows 10.
  • Sep 08, 2017  The standard scrolling direction is where you drag the page in the direction you want the page to move (not the direction you want to scroll), so dragging upwards makes the page move upwards, which lets you view content further down the page, so you scroll down. This is the way that touch-based surfaces have worked since they first became.
  • Sep 24, 2019  Method 2: Disabling Pinch Zoom. If you’re using Synaptics driver for your mouse driver, chances are you’re encountering this zooming problem as a result of a functionality feature called Pinch to Zoom.If this feature is disabled and you’re encountering the issue on a laptop, you might experience this behavior while trying to scroll from a mouse.
