Jun 20, 2016 I am running OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.5. I installed EOS Digital Solutions Disk Software 31.1A for Mac OS X last week. Can you open up Finder, double click on Downloads (in the left pane), and then double click on the ksdm31.1a-installer.dmg.zip file to unzip the file.

- Select your model on the left side of this page. Once you arrive at the product support page follow these instructions.
- Select the “Drivers & Downloads” tab
- Select the “Software” tab
- Find the “EOS Utility” and click the “SELECT” button
- File description will open and click “I have read and Agree to terms…” message once you agree the download button will turn red and you will be able to click and download the utility
