Sonos App Für Mac Os X

Sonos App Für Mac Os X 3,6/5 7136 votes

Sonos is a wireless smart speaker system that lets you connect up to 32 components. That means you can fill your home with music. And you can control it all right from the handy Sonos Controller app for OS X.

Yes, you right, MAC OS is free to update when your Mac is still compatible with the latest proposed update. My Macbook is 10 years old and doesn't accept anymore MAC upgrade. So do you have to change my MAC to hear and enjoy my Sonos installation? Not acceptable. Renamed the Sonos S1 Controller, this app supports systems that include the oldest Sonos products. Systems supported by this app will continue to receive bug fixes and security patches but will not receive new software features found in the new Sonos S2 app and will not be compatible with Sonos products released after May 2020. Apr 29, 2020  Sonos is planning to release a new Play: 5, Sub, and Playbar with Dolby Atmos support by as early as June, according to a 9to5Mac source. As Apple reportedly preps.

  1. The 'easy' Sonos online instructions say all I have to do is download the Sonos App, click +, etc and all will work. Only problem is that there is only one App, and it is ONLY for Mac IOS versions 10.11 and higher? Is there no way to get an older App, or otherwise access my music library? (I have a new X iPhone with the library sync'd to it).
  2. Global Nav Open Menu Global Nav Close Menu; Apple; Shopping Bag +. Search Support.

Its easy to set up and get going on the Mac, and even easier to jump into an existing Sonos system. You can allow multiple people to control everything from their individual computers. That's especially fantastic for collaborative office playlists.

You can also set up multiple speakers and create a custom 5.1 surround sound system for the ultimate home theatre experience, or turn your Mac into the ultimate house party DJ, with custom playlists curated from your personal music collection or favorite music streaming services.

It's the dream speaker set up for music lovers, and dead simple to control from your Mac. Here's how!

Plugable's UD-6950Z Dock may be built for Windows but it saved my Mac

I had to jump through hoops to uninstall the macOS developer beta and reinstall Catalina and the Plugable docking station made it all possible.

Everything's seemingly going wireless, so why wouldn't you jump on the wireless music bandwagon? With Sonos, you can stream all of your music to every room in your house, provided you have enough Sonos speakers to fill it.
